Personal History		Spent the first good of his youth on a colony in the edge of federation space. This is where he formed his core character. At an early age he found that he had a knack for fixing things, as well as a little bit of a take charge attitude. Rather than wait for someone to tell him to fix something he just went and did it. Also this is where he found out he had a low tolerance for what he called "temper tantrums". He just preferred that you fixed it yourself. This is the reason his hobbies are walking and reading. Doing those helps Dorian "keep to himself" rather than deal with arguments unless he has to This is how he lived at his colony, as well as at the academy. It was there he chose an engineering track. After graduation he was assigned to the USS Tipton where he worked as an engineering officer up until his promotion to the Groves as assistant chief engineer. He served in the Groves for a while. It was here that his accident occurred. While monitoring coolant levels some of it leaked. The leak was sealed quickly enough as to not affect engineering, but the plasma coolant destroyed Dorians arm above the elbow. Dorian was relieved of duty until a replacement arm could be made. He received his arm and continued on the Groves until he reviewed an opportunity to become CEO on the Monroe. He took that opportunity
