Physical Description		Theo stands at six feet tall, lanky but muscular. He has an olive complexion and dark brown eyes that tend to look straight through him. A scar runs the length of his jawline from a knife fight with a Romulan during his last assignment on the USS Ophelia. Theo tends to have his hair long but it's kept up in a neat bun at the back of his head whilst on duty. His hair is a beautiful honey brown color that tends to gleam in the natural sunlight all different hues of brown if the light is right and the day clear. Theos eyes are a bit of a marvel deep brown with flecks of deep golden hazel that really show off if he gets anywhere near pissed off with you, they are the first part of his body to display any form of emotion good or bad. Off duty Theo tends to wear boot cut jeans, Flannel shirts, an array of block colored t-shirts (usually Royal Blue or Black) and big black motorcycle boots. On duty he means Business fresh uniform every shift, His otherwise untidy and straggly hair kept up in a tight bun at the back of his head, swept entirely out of his face so as not to cause Starfleet regulations problems with the uniform. He wears the standard issue command uniform in the designated command color which is red.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Theo comes from a hard background, growing up on the streets of Donegal Northern Ireland, He has quite the chip on his shoulder, Crass, Punctual and downright scary to get into an argument with Theo is a man of presence on the bridge and off the bridge. His life has given him a complex. He's no hero but he must save everyone. He's kind natured and will help anyone but that comes from knowing true hardship and being raised in a town where religious differences were standard culture, he has no time for religious zealots of any kind and fanaticism well he'd sooner put you to the torch than talk to you. Theo has a hard outer shell, some would say almost like kevlar. He's not easy to trust and you really have to earn that side of him before he will let in on his inner circle. Of course the exception to this is the bridge crew of the USS Monroe namely Dean who Theo forged a fast and beautiful brotherhood with. As a commander he's fair but downright scary in a combat situation. Being a veteran of dominion war he's seen how awful things get out there and it left its mark on him so to speak. In the center chair his voice is listened to, he commands a room with grace but you know when a verbal whooping is coming because it happens out of nowhere and it's loud it's the irish blood in him that makes his voice so commendable.

Personal History		Theodore Samual Walton grew up in Donegal,Northern Ireland to protestant parents Eli Walotn and Grace Aoife Walton, Eli and Grace had three children Theo being the eldest by about 5 years. They grew up in a catholic neighborhood and had to hide their religious beliefs for a long time,Eli was always away, he was a starfleet medical officer and was attacked by the USS bannatyne. Fearing for his family's safety in Donegal, Eli made the perilous decision to move them out to his sector's starbase Deep Space K-10. All three children attended school on the starbase and eventually, once Theo graduated he enrolled at Starfleet Academy majoring in Helm and Minoring in Operations. He studied hard and graduated at the top of his class. His first cadet assignment was the USS Pearl Harbour an out of date refitted oberth class. He was an Ensign at the time and this is where he learned to hone his helm skills. During a particularly hard skirmish with a Klingon bird of prey, Their Executive officer was grievously injured and with very little staff on the floor Theo had to step up and become Acting XO for a time whilst the ship waited for repairs docked at K10. After his brief stint as an acting XO the captain realized he had a knack for command and kept him close at all times. He was always on away teams and always kept in a loop by the captain. He remained on Pearl Harbor for five years attaining the rank of lieutenant and was assigned to the USS Nightingale, an Ambassador class ship just at the start of dominion war. Theo went through the entire war aboard the Nightingale, Watching comrades die and ships get destroyed. During a battle the nightingale got backed into a corner by the dominion and fired on resulting in theos CO Captain Madrix losing his life in the line of duty.As the crew were all basically Ensigns of LTJG’s the only high ranking member of the bridge crew was him their XO had to be taken to sick bay with a broken arm and Theo once again found himself in the hot seat of command he fought on and they eventually won the day, Limping back to Deep space 9 for repairs admiral Deckard was waiting for them, He now had just cause to send Theo straight into a field command course the federation were loosing commanding officers thick and fast and they couldn't train them quick enough. Theo was placed on a fast track command course set up by none other than Benjamin Sisco himself, After his He attained the rank of Lieutenant commander and was sent back out into the battlezone captaining the USS Venture a Steamrunner class with a fresh crew. He remained the captain of the venture until the end of the dominion war, Facing heavy losses himself. He flew back to deep space nine for reassignment, After the war he was assigned as DS9’s chief of operations. During this time he attained a full command diploma from starfleet academy and was eventually assigned to the brand new Nova class Starship the USS Monroe as her commanding officer attaining full captain and hand picking his own crew from the pool of people graduating and needing reassignment. It was during thai time he met his now XO Dean House, The two men having come from a similar background forged a very fast brotherhood and Teo had no problems assigning him as his XO in fact he basically begged command for Dean so that he had someone he valued and trusted sat in the chair next to him.
